Acta Cybernetica covers a broad range of topics in the area of Computer Science. The major themes are as follows:

  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering Related to Computing

  • Information Systems and Management
  • Algorithms, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence

The editorial board solicits original, unpublished high quality scientific papers in any of the above fields. 

We are not accepting any new proposals for Special Issues. The Special Issues for the next few years are already filled.

Subscription Information

Acta Cybernetica (ISSN 0324–721X) is published by the Institute of Informatics, University of Szeged, Szeged, Hungary.

Each volume consists of four issues, two issues are published in a calendar year. From 2024 issues are published only online, and articles are made available as soon as they are accepted and copyedited. The content is available free of charge.
